When you place your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email. An order will only be shipped after the payment is received.
Our products are so compact we can usually pack up to 1,5 Kg of fertilizer in a package that still fits through your mailbox!
After receiving your payment we will always ship your order as soon as possible. Typical delivery times are given below but can vary:
The Netherlands 2 to 5 working days
Europe 4 to 10 working days
Outside Europe 5 to 15 working days
When you place your order you can create an account on our site which enables you to follow the current status of your order.
If your order has not been shipped within 30 days after your payment has been received, you have the right to cancel your order by sending an email to email@example.com, please add your order number! We will transfer you back your payment within 30 days.
Returning items and Guarantee
When you make a purchase you have a 14 day period after receiving your order, in which you can return the product provided it is unopened, in good condition and in the original packaging. After cancelling you have another 14 days time to return the order to us. If you want to return your order email firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions and include a filled in return form, which you can download (here). You will get the total order amount in euros credited including shipping costs within 14 days after the order is received back by us. The costs for returning will be for the customer.
Tracking your shipment
When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation and tracking code (if applicable) through email which you can use to track your package.
Small packages inside Europe are usually shipped with POSTNL. All worldwide shipping is done with POSTNL as well. Tracking can be done here: https://jouw.postnl.nl/#!/track-en-trace/zoeken

Orders only containing seeds will be shipped without tracking code.
You get free shipping when your orders’ sub-total is over a certain amount: NL > 75 euros, EU > 125 euros and worldwide > 175 euros.
VAT for customers outside The Netherlands
- Costumers within the EU always pay 21% VAT
- For customers, within the EU, (not in The Netherlands) with a business and valid VAT number there is the possibility to make an order without VAT according to EU regulations. To place an order without VAT, contact us by email: email@example.com. In retrospect we cannot correct the VAT.
- All Customers outside the EU, with or without business always pay 0% VAT; this is automatically calculated at checkout.
